Respiratory care is a life-supporting, life-enhancing health care profession practiced under qualified medical direction. Respiratory services are provided to inpatients and outpatients afflicted with a respiratory or pulmonary disease such as COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), asthma, pneumonia, fibrosis, or emphysema. All of our therapists who provide diagnostic or therapeutic respiratory care are licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners and have graduated from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Respiratory Therapy services include;

• Oxygen administration
• Mechanical ventilation
• Administration of aeresol therapy
• MDI therapy
• Chest Pysiotherapy
• BIPAP/CPAP therapy
• Blood gas testing
